Massage:

Bloating:
    - For a single application: Use 1 drop of peppermint essential oil and 1 drop of lemongrass essential oil in 1 tsp of vegetable oil: sweet almond , argan , sesame , jojoba
    - Prepare an oil treatment spray bottle with 10 drops of peppermint essential oil in 50 cc of vegetable oil.
    Headaches and migraine:

      Mix 1 drop of peppermint essential oil in 1 tsp of organic vegetable oil: sweet almond , argan , sesame , jojoba. Gently massage your shoulders and temples.
      Itching : Mix 15 drops of lavender essential oil, 15 drops of peppermint essential oil in 10 ml of sweet almond , argan , sesame , jojoba vegetable oil. Apply to the area to be treated.
      Heavy legs, joint and muscle pain:

        Prepare a decongestant, refreshing and relaxing oil from 20 drops of peppermint essential oil in 50 ml of organic vegetable oil: sweet almond , argan , sesame , jojoba . Massage painful areas morning and evening for 1 to 2 weeks.

        Scalp

          Integrate peppermint essential oil into your unscented shampoo or conditioner (10 drops in 400 ml), or a vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons of castor oil + coconut oil + 4 drops of peppermint essential oil).

          Diffusion:

          Migraine and headaches:

          Diffuse 5 to 10 drops of peppermint essential oil into the air, twice a day

          Respiratory tract :

          Breathe 3 times a day using a diffuser a mixture of 2 drops of eucalyptus essential oil + 2 drops of peppermint EO.

          Motion sickness, nausea :

          Pour 2 drops of peppermint essential oil into a tissue, you can also add 2 drops of lemongrass essential oil, which is also very effective.

          Difficult digestion: 2 drops of peppermint essential oil in a spoonful of honey (or sugar), before or after each meal for 3 to 5 days

           

          Concentration (in adults) : 2 drops

          General fatigue: Peppermint is an excellent tonic.

          Instructions for use and tips

          Homemade toothpaste: 

          You will need: coconut oil, white clay or ghassoul and peppermint essential oil.

          In a bowl, put 3 tbsp. tablespoons of virgin coconut oil (put it in a bain-marie if it is solid)
          Add 1 tbsp. tablespoon of baking soda
          Then 1 half tsp. tablespoons of white clay or rhassoul, mix a little
          Then pour 5 drops of peppermint essential oil. Mix your preparation and store it in a small jar.

          motion sickness :
