DIETETIC CUISINE: argan oil spread

This recipe will allow you to make a quality spread. Without additives, preservatives... It is both economic And ecological . Easy to make, it will allow you to spend a fun and fun time with your children.

The argan oil, contained in this recipe, will provide you with a good amount of vitamin E, an antioxidant; recommended by nutritionists. It is also well supplied with omega 9, beneficial to the cardiovascular system, and omega 6, essential fatty acids.

Ingredients for approximately 400 g of spread

You can, if you wish, use 100% organic ingredients .

-150 g of dark chocolate
-170 g of hazelnut puree*
-210 ml of “homemade” sweetened condensed milk (easy to make with milk and sugar)
-1 tablespoon of organic Arganti food argan oil

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a bain marie. Add the hazelnut puree and the condensed milk. Finish with the oil to soften the resulting paste. Mix well then pour into a jam jar.

The spread can be stored in the refrigerator.

*Tip: If you want to make your own hazelnut puree, simply blend whole hazelnuts for longer than if you wanted to powder them.
