ARTICLE: How to recover well after Covid -19 or an anti-Covid vaccine with nigella?

Study suggests honey and Nigella sativa accelerates viral clearance in COVID-19 patients

Recovering from Covid-19 is in some cases relatively long and difficult. This is called long covid . Prolonged fatigue can sometimes follow this initial infection. Immunity is then undermined. Some people react badly to anti-covid vaccines with great fatigue, aches, palpitations, etc.

What should you do when fatigue lasts for several months? What symptoms should alert you? What to do then?

Black seed (Nigella Sativa) has recently attracted attention for its anti-viral and immune-enhancing effects. Several studies around the world have been carried out. They suggest a potential role of nigella in the management of SARS-CoV2 infection; not only because nigella contains compounds such as nigellidine, alpha-hederin, hederagenin, thymohydroquinone and thymoquinone with immunomodulating properties but also because these compounds could have an inhibitory action on proteins and enzymes of the SARS-CoV2.* These results remain to be confirmed.

Nigella has been used for thousands of years as a spice, food preservative and natural remedy.

Nigella is known in the form of herbal tea, oil (cold extracted) or even as a spice. In traditional medicine, it is used in oriental countries to treat pathologies such as headaches, hypertension, eczema, fever and even the flu. It has also proven effective for respiratory diseases such as asthma or lung infections .

After the appearance of Covid-19, nigella was quickly presented as a cure for the virus. Since then, these announcements have quickly become highly controversial. Also, several scientific studies have been carried out around the world and have demonstrated that the plant has interesting molecules to limit the spread of SARS CoV-2 in the body.

Many of these studies have not yet been completed; but for prevention, as a complement to act against the symptoms of covid and boost immunity, black seed has proven itself.

Nigella can also be taken to boost immunity for prevention.

How to take nigella to recover from covid

Black seed can be consumed in different ways:

- Using black seed oil extracted from the seeds cold. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil per day taken directly or mixed with 1 teaspoon of honey.

- By consuming ground seeds with honey to remove bitterness.

It is the most commonly prescribed natural remedy to treat nigella,

Place the nigella seeds in a blender, then mix 1 to 2 parts of nigella for 2 parts of honey. Eat the prescribed amount in the morning on an empty stomach, i.e. 1/2 teaspoon, 30 minutes before breakfast, and optionally in the evening, i.e. generally one teaspoon. If you do not grind the seeds, chew them well before swallowing. This is one of the most effective ways to use it, especially if you grind the seeds into powder before use.

-By eating seeds incorporated into dishes, whole, crushed or ground: such as bread, yogurt, in smoothies, with poultry, potatoes, rice, fish, pastries, etc.
