      Bonjour J’ai utilisée l’huile de nigelle après une grosse fatigue suite au vaccin anti-covid. J’ai retrouvée la forme très rapidement.

      La graine de nigelle est vraiment efficace contre les symptômes du covid:
      J’en ai pris quelques jours après avoir été déclarée positive avec beaucoup de symptômes:
      fièvre, céphalées, grosse fatigue…
      les symptômes se sont dissipés très rapidement et j’ai retrouvé la forme assez vite.

      Je conseil donc soit les graines de nigelle (ce que j’ai pris) ou bien l’huile.

      l’huile de nigelle est top pour les cheveux, elle est aussi vivement recommandée pour fortifier les ongles cassants et pour les peaux matures. Par voie orale, elle donne aussi de très bons résultats pour la digestion et le teint.

      Cette graine est miraculeuse: le l’ai utilisé pour traité une inflammation au poumon avec écoulement sanguin il y a 1 an. depuis plus de récidive. J’ai pris les graines que j’ai moulues; puis j’ai ajoutée du miel. prise à jeun pendant 1 mois environs.
      Gout pas terrible.
