Manual

It is recommended to take as an infusion, putting 1 teaspoon of plant per cup. Add boiling water, leave for 5-10 minutes and strain. Decoction: Pour the plant into boiling water, boil for 2 to 5 minutes, leave for 5 to 10 minutes and filter, at the rate of 1 teaspoon per cup.
